Sitethreesixty offers website management services on a subscription basis. Services include website hosting, maintenance, updates, and support as outlined in your selected plan.

3. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment is due on the same date each month.
• All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards).

4. Cancellation

• Subscriptions are 30-day rolling contracts.
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
• Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your domain name.
• Website files can be exported upon request.

5. Service Level

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Ensure all content provided is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Respond to requests for content approval in a timely manner.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content, branding, and domain name.
• Sitethreesixty retains ownership of proprietary code, templates, and systems.
• We grant you a licence to use our systems for the duration of your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sitethreesixty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the client portal. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
